- Fitness information: workout plans, progress entries, goals, physical metrics, and progress photos you choose to upload.
- Support and communication data: support tickets, messages, trainer preferences, announcements, and notification preferences.
- Device and app data: app sessions, device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, and basic security logs used to keep accounts and devices safe.
How we use information
- Provide membership, attendance, booking, payment, receipt, and support features.
- Personalize your member experience, including workouts, progress tracking, trainer coordination, and notifications.

Android app and notifications
The Android member app may use push notification tokens and device/session information so we can deliver alerts, maintain login sessions, and support security controls. You can manage notification preferences in the app or through your device settings.
Health and sensitive information
Fitness metrics, progress photos, and similar information may be sensitive. We use that information only for the features you request, such as progress tracking and trainer support, and we encourage you to upload only what you are comfortable sharing.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, process payments, deliver notifications, host data, or support authentication; with staff who need it to provide gym services; or when required by law, safety, or enforcement needs.
Retention and security
